Only about 178 of Route 66's total 2250 miles are in Texas, but there are still some Texas-sized attractions.
Shamrock is the first town on Route 66 (W) entering Texas. The Irish "village" is complete with murals &
gazebo, and boasts of pieces of stone from Blarney Castle in Ireland.
